The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is inviting Northern Powerhouse companies to a series of webinars, designed to help you understand how to utilise Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and discuss the opportunities that exist.
Some provisions in a trade agreement will apply automatically, while others may require action before you can benefit. This webinar series, in collaboration with the Institute of Export, will focus on the key sectors impacted by FTAs, providing a detailed understanding of the benefits, and exploring how to navigate the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) with the EU.

Webinar for Food & Drink businesses considering exporting
Export Academy produced for the food and drink sector webinar on the 5 July 2023 between 11am and 12noon.
This webinar is aimed at new and less experienced exporters and will help UK Food & Drink producers to understand how to extend their reach and grow their exports. The webinar will discuss market opportunities for food and drink in overseas markets and the critical steps of an exporting journey, including the evaluation stage, route to market, freight, and export documentation. Finally, the webinar will include details of how DBT can support companies with their ambitions to sell food and drink overseas.
