Do you want to learn from other successful businesses?

Maybe you didn’t make any solid goals and possibly this year you just want to learn from others and grow. Peer Networks can allow you to do just that!

If you’re a senior manager or business owner looking to learn from others and share your experiences, successes, failures and best practice whilst learning from others, Peer Networks could be for you.

There are new eligibility criteria thanks to flexibilities from funders BEIS, we can now recruit businesses with 2-4 employees giving us much more scope and flexibility to support a wider range of businesses.

You need to be able to commit to six 3-hour sessions and meet the following criteria:

  • under-represented groups eg. women-led, ethnic minority-led
  • sectors particularly impacted by Covid ie retail and hospitality
  • businesses with turnover over £200,000.
  • local discretion can be used so please still get in touch if you don’t fall into one of the above.

Don’t just take it from us, hear from a previous Peer Network participant, Val Stangoe of St Mary’s Hospice, here: “I think we all tend to think our own sector has unique pressures and problems. Being part of a peer-to-peer network helps us realise that actually we share very similar pressures and can benefit from the network in various ways. These include just being amongst people who understand what we’re struggling with; being actively supported to look at our issues differently and, when we want it, having access to the advice and experience of others. It’s a really supportive place to learn.”

11th January update*. There is space on the final 2 cohorts starting Wednesday, 2nd February, don’t miss out!
