Clarification questions (updated 4th March 2019)
Q: I’ve come across this bid and as an organisation we are interested in responded.
I just have a query on the bid which is around this point:
- “Your submission should cover as a minimum a clear statement of who will be delivering the work and for each of these:”
We are a Procurement & Bid Management Consultancy so have a core delivery team but also a pool of Associates we use as/when to bring in specific expertise i.e. a Waste Management Bidding/Procurement Specialist or other specific industries. Would this type of bid/approach be considered?
A: You are more than welcome to bid for the work and you will need to include the CV’s of the people you intend to draw your expertise from and this will form part of the scoring process.
If you are successful in securing the contract, you can only draw from the pool of advisers you have put forward and approved by ourselves.
Q: We are interested in the advice and support elements which suit our expertise. Are we still able to complete excluding the workshops/seminars?
A: You are more than welcome to bid for elements of the work within the package that are most suited to your expertise. We will review the bid accordingly.
Please note that if you have a team of people expected to deliver the support, you must provide information about each person as we will not be able to accept the services from anyone not approved in the original bid.
