- Identifying the difference between cost of goods/services sold and overheads
- How to track your cost of goods/services sold
- Pricing your product/service accordingly
- If applicable, how to offer bulk sale pricing ensuring a manageable margin
- How to manage inventory
This training is fully funded for food & drink businesses and local producers/manufacturers in the old Allerdale, Carlisle and Copeland areas and is funded by Cumbria Community Foundation. Businesses in the Westmorland & Furness area can join for a small charge of £20 +VAT.
