Net Zero Business Tracker tool
Winning Moves working with Accelar have developed a net zero tracker tool and are asking for willing volunteers from the Cumbria business community to help test the tool. All participating businesses will receive a personalised assessment report.
This powerful new tool is designed to support small and medium sized businesses understand where they are in their net zero journey and be intelligently signposted to relevant, high-quality resources that will help your business. Additionally, the tool offers the opportunity to benchmark your net zero performance and practices with other businesses, providing an objective assessment of how you stack up against your peers.
The tool covers a series of key net zero domain areas – business leadership, customers, learning and growth, finance/governance, operations, standards/reporting, energy, transport and travel, water, materials and waste, people and engagement and nature. The aim of the tool is that it helps to firmly embed a net zero culture into businesses, providing relevant business metrics to be reviewed and acted upon.
To access the tool, click here, click Create New Account and register your details. This will prompt an email enabling you to set up secure access details (please check your junk mail if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox withing a minute or two).
Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 30 – 60 minutes. The numerical data requested is all optional, although you are encouraged to provide as much information as you’re able as this will help you gain maximum benefit from the resulting assessment report.
To assist with providing the data, please see the attached checklist which will assist you in locating where data can be found. When you’ve completed as much of the questionnaire as you can, please submit this and then click on here to complete a feedback questionnaire. Again, we would really value your assistance with this to understand how your experience of completing the questionnaire rated.
When sufficient responses have been received from the first wave of businesses using the tool, you will be sent your individual assessment report. This will be provided at no cost to you and no obligations of any kind, it’s simply a thank you for trying out the service and feeding back your considered views.
