Thanks to funding from Cumberland Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund we’re launching some new business support activities for businesses located in Cumberland.
Running from 1st August to 31st January 2025 you can choose from the below options:
- Four series training course – How to create a commercially driven marketing plan for 10 businesses
- Re-run of very successful and results driven High Performance Flow programme for business leaders
- Next generation of female leaders programme – To develop current and aspiring female leaders in the Cumberland Council area. The programme aims to build on existing knowledge and experience while providing an opportunity to share and discuss challenges faced by attendees and implement practical solutions in their current and future roles. It also focuses on key leadership themes that attendees can implement upon return to the workplace
- Productivity coaching – six sessions covering for example social selling and social listening sessions, media creation, personal online branding, ecommerce/setting up your own online shop
- Farmer Network will deliver three workshops on relevant topics to farming and land based businesses
- Training including: Introduction to export, social value, survival of the fittest and other training which meets common needs
- Access to online Benchmarking Tool/online resources hub
- Signposting to additional/relevant support programme
