Cumbria Business Growth Hub is pleased to announce that as part of activity through the Barrow Business & Enterprise Support programme funded by Barrow Town Deal we’re holding a Meet the Buyer event in partnership with BAE Systems on 18th September at The Forum, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness.
This event is only open to businesses operating in the old Barrow Borough Council postcode area (or those with a physical site address in Barrow) that may have an interest in supplying their products/services into the Aerospace Defence and Security Sector.
We plan to have two keynote speakers at the event. These will be from Make UK Defence and BAE Systems and will be themed around working within the Aerospace Defence and Security Sector. Following this, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with a number of buyers from within this sector, as well as representatives from the relevant trade bodies. Lunch and networking opportunities will also be provided.
