Get your business the skills it needs

Following a successful trailblazer project, Cumbria Chamber of Commerce was appointed by the Department for Education to lead on delivery of the LSIP for Cumbria in the national roll out.

The focus of LSIP’s (Local Skills Improvement Plans) is to put employers at the heart of skills provision and help make sure the training & development your business needs is available to you, now and in the future.

One of the key sectors we’re focussing on is food and drink producers. So it would be great to get your input.

We realise everybody is busy, but we really want to gather as many views as possible. The LSIP will only be effective if employers are actively involved.

Our LSIP Engagement Manager, Kev Warman, is carrying out 1-2-1 meetings (an hour max) via Teams. If you’d like to contribute, Kev can share the questions with you, so you know what to expect.

Please email kevin@cumbriachamber.co.uk to request a call.

Huge thanks for getting involved!
