However we haven’t stopped there! In partnership with FW Capital we’re running a series of three sessions covering business planning, financials and funding.
Business Planning with FW Capital – Thursday 23rd September – 10am to 1pm delivered via Zoom
In the first session we will look at why a good business plan is so important – what should be included, who the audience should be, what do you want to achieve and where you can get help pulling a strong plan together.
Financials with FW Capital – Wednesday 29th September – 10am to 1pm delivered via Zoom
In this second session we will be joined by Richard Askew of Armstrong Watson and will cover cash flow, forecasts, profit & loss, balance sheets and the importance of maintaining an accurate picture of the financial health of your business.
Overview of funding products with FW Capital – Thursday 7th October – 10am to 1pm delivered via Zoom
Our final session will look at the different types of finance that might be available to your business – from the traditional high street lender to grants and alternative funding. We will dive into the pitfalls and benefits of each type of funding and which might be most appropriate for your business.
It is recommended that you join all three sessions to get the most value from the FW Capital workshops.
