Do you feel like CONTRACT terms are written in a foreign language?
How many of you have been caught out?
Mistakes are costly to your business. You cannot afford to put your business at risk.
The question is, how does your business avoid costly mistakes and place itself in the best position possible?
The ANSWER is simple: training for your staff.
Contract management is increasingly becoming a highly sought-after skill.
This can range from creating an Invitation to Tender or responding to a Request for Proposal, negotiating your deal, handing over to the delivery team, managing implementation of your contract and then closing out the contract at the end.
