The workshop

Join Cumbria Business Growth Hub and ‘Total Excellence Centre’ on the 26th & 27th February, 9:30am to 4:30pm, at Kendal Rugby Club, for a fast paced-learning experience aimed at people responsible for winning new clients and/or new business from existing clients, and for client relationship management.

You’ll find out how to:

  • Connect more effectively with customers
  • Recognise your competitors and how you compare
  • Sell more successfully, including dealing with resistance and closing

The cost

This workshop is FREE OF CHARGE to eligible businesses owing to funding through Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, local authorities and the European Regional Development Fund.  It would normally cost around £525.
