The work I do helps people really enjoy running their businesses again. I take away the operational headaches and implement the systems that give them more time for the things they love – outside of the office! Because that’s what life’s about, right?

None of us will wish we spent more time at the office.

Through Gen-i Consulting I offer my knowledge and experience to help business owners get back to enjoying their work again, avoid burnout and grow efficient businesses. I work as a business consultant, helping companies ranging from start-up to established business improve their business operations. I do this by identifying key areas to improve, ensure you select the right solutions and strategies and then implement them into your business, whilst working seamlessly with you and your team.

My Goal: Help business owners improve their business operations so they can grow your business AND have more time to focus on the things they love both inside your business and at home.

I also run business retreats do this too. Born from a knowledge that many of us struggle to get away from the office for a few days to work on the important ‘big’ goal work and actually IMPLEMENTING those changes. Remember the last time you went on holiday?

So, I created the Gen-i Retreat to bring people away from the office for a few days to rest, reassess and refocus on your goals and give you the all important framework for implementing it. We combine amazing accommodation, food, location with incredible workshops, speakers and facilitators to share skills, tools and insights, helping and supporting you, so you can implement and benefit from those important changes!
