Born and bred in Cumbria, Justine Douglas is the owner of CTS a Customer Service training business which she set up 14 years ago.
A year later she jumped at the chance to apply for the role of Business Adviser for the Cumbria Growth Hub, a role that she continues to enjoy today.
In 2021 she was delighted to be invited to join the Leadership and Corporate training team for a major global airline based in Heathrow as an Associate Corporate Trainer. A role she excels at and brings her passion for training, customer service and aviation together.
In her professional life she motivates and inspires wherever she goes. A people person with a wealth of knowledge, “There is no greater feeling than knowing I’ve added value and increased someone’s confidence level”.
Quality time at home is spent with family and friends. Her young sprocker spaniel Max who is “as mad as a box of frogs” follows her everywhere, keeps her active and on her toes.
