I’m Jen. I’m an experienced business, PR & marketing consultant with a well-rounded portfolio career spanning over 20 years, supporting organisations to thrive through authenticity, knowledge & passion.

JB Consulting was established four years ago, allowing me the freedom and opportunity to follow my own lead and help others to find their ways to effectively and authentically thrive in work and in life. I find the roots of situations and support my clients to make things truly better. Working closely with the Cumbria Business Growth Hub, I work with a huge variety of clients to start, build and grow their business ideas into realistic futures. I also teach in a variety of settings from early years to further education and bring my educational knowledge into every area of my work, supporting clients with a variety of needs.
