Former chef Lee Scrimgeour has a passion for locally-sourced food.

In 2017 he set up Stonehouse Smokery at Moorhouse, near Carlisle, producing fine cured meats and charcuterie. He even keeps his own rare-breed Tamworth and Saddleback pigs.

Find out how he did it and how Cumbria Business Growth Hub helped him through our Business Start-Up Support Scheme (BSUS).
