- One to one adviser support
- High Performance Flow programme — Unlock your true potential – High Performance FLOW is an exciting, inspirational, and highly practical programme that enables hard working business leaders to breakthrough to their next level of growth and performance
- Female leaders programme – To develop current and aspiring female leaders the programme aims to build on existing knowledge and experience while providing an opportunity to share and discuss challenges faced by attendees and implement practical solutions in their current and future roles. It also focuses on key leadership themes that attendees can implement upon return to the workplace – four sessions (introductory session followed by three other sessions (one online and two in person)
- Productivity coaching programme – Ever feel overwhelmed or frustrated by the never-ending to-do lists, overflowing inboxes, or repetitive tasks in your business? Want to learn some new ways of working, increase your productivity and work/life balance, or just streamline and optimise your current workflows and processes? Then this productivity coaching programme is very much for you! Six sessions of personalised one to one coaching
- Survival of the Fittest – 18th September – The reality is that whilst much ‘sustainability’ (ESG) legislation is currently focused toward larger organisations, and reporting requirements are not yet impacting SMEs this legislation and the actions of these larger companies will have an impact on SMEs to the point that business as usual will not be viable for most within 5 to 10 years. This session was inspired by a SME Manufacturer who closed their doors because they didn’t see the upcoming impact of sustainability. This session is aimed at SMEs to help them protect their future with the tools, to:
- assess the risks in Your business
- build risk mitigation and adaptation plans
- identify opportunities for growth
- Introduction to exporting – 19th September (Energus) or 23rd Oct (Barclays Eagle Lab) – Are you interested in learning how selling your product or service overseas could help you grow your business? Join us for a workshop with the Department for Business and Trade that will introduce you to the benefits of trading overseas and what you need to do to make your exporting journey a success. In this interactive session, we will provide you with practical and no-nonsense advice that you need to get your exporting journey started. We’ll cover things including choosing the right markets, doing effective research, getting your marketing message right and where to find help and support.
- How to build a marketing strategy that supports success – Wednesdays 9th October, 16th October, 23rd Oct & 6th November 2024 (you need to attend all four sessions) – Join us for this exciting series of webinars giving you the building blocks you need to create a powerful marketing machine that will drive your business forward.
