Running a business can be lonely and isolating but you don’t have to do it alone – our mentoring programme is here to help!
We’re looking to recruit to our next cohort starting from 1st April. We know times are tough with so much uncertainty - now is the time you should be working with a mentor!
Delegates will be paired with an expert business mentor who'll meet with them for between 1hr and 1.5hrs each month from April 2025 to the end of September. The cost for the whole programme is £895+VAT per business (payment options are available). The programme is open to any business regardless of sector, size and stage.
Leadership mentoring now available
We’re also now extending the programme to include leadership support helping you step up as a leader and develop your full potential. Delivered by Alec Pearson Coaching, the programme will provide practical guidance to help leaders make confident decisions, build resilient teams and drive their business forward.
• Lead with confidence and strategic vision
• Boost productivity and team performance
• Reduce stress and build resilience
• Future proof your leadership
More about mentoring...
The role of a mentor is to encourage the personal and professional development of their mentee by sharing their knowledge, expertise and experience. The mentoring relationship is built on mutual trust, respect and communication. It involves both parties, meeting regularly to exchange ideas, discuss progress and set SMART goals for further development.
A mentor is a sounding board, a critical friend who provides ongoing, personalised guidance, is non-judgmental, supportive, challenging, a catalyst for ideas and a confidant – they have your interests at heart and will provide a safe, confidential space for you to talk about your business, giving you time to think about your business rather than always fighting fires within the business. Working with a mentor also takes away the isolation many small business owners feel and gives you the support needed to move your business onto the next level.

Jen is a fantastic coach, such powerful and enthusiastic energy, she's really helped me over the past few months realise what's important to me, and transform from someone who really lacked self-belief to being so much more confident. She's always positive, vibrant, and supportive. I would highly recommend!
