My work covers all aspects of business mentoring and advice, this includes getting to understand you, the client, the company and your key business issues. We will discuss your business priorities and  objectives and where you want your company and yourself to be in 18months-2 years time. We then work together to remove blockages and provide strategies to achieve your business and personal goals.

I am an experienced Business Mentor, Coach and Adviser. I worked for BT for 18 years rising through the company to become a Senior Exec working directly to the UK Board of Directors.

I ran my own hospitality business in The Lake District for another 18 years, managing all aspects of the business from catering, through to marketing and finances and since 2015 I have worked as a Business Adviser and Mentor for Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, supporting over 700 SME’s across Cumbria. I retired as a Business Adviser in March 2026, but I still work as a Business Mentor.

In Dec 2022 I joined the Enterprise Nation as a Business Mentor and have successfully mentored  businesses through that programme. I completed my ILM Level 5 in Business Coaching and Mentoring and then established the Business Mentoring programme for Cumbria Chamber of Commerce.

Since 2024 I have also founded  Cumbria Clothing Collective CIC , a Community Interest Company with the objective to reduce Cumbria's Clothing waste, one item at a time.

I am committed to the environment, I am a working mother with two grown up children. I love golf and swimming and enjoy relaxing with the odd glass of wine!
