My entrepreneurial journey has taken me from a corporate career at BT in London to transforming Lakeland Photographic Holidays into a thriving business, and later founding Gravett Business Consultancy. Alongside my consultancy work, I have facilitated the creation of the Cumbria Chamber of Commerce’s mentoring programme and continue to mentor through Be the Business, Help to Grow, and The Growing Club—particularly supporting start-ups and women-led businesses.

I hold a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the ILM and am passionate about empowering others. I draw on both practical experience and mindset development to help business owners overcome challenges, gain clarity, and build sustainable success.

More recently, I’ve returned to my roots in Environmental Science, completing a Certificate in Environmental Sustainability and launching Cumbria Clothing Collective CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to reducing Cumbria’s clothing waste—one item at a time.
