An experienced Business Director and Leader; Strategist, Innovator, Enabler and Collaborator. Previous successes include driving sustainable growth and developing high performing teams in the food supply chain and training and education sectors.

Business mentor and coach to over 300 businesses across Cumbria, Lancashire and the North West, since 2013. Also working with Growth Hubs, Regional Councils and LEP’s in Lancashire and Cumbria, as well as University of Lancaster and UCLAN on mentoring/coaching programmes.

Currently working on:

  • CODE Cumbria and CODE Lancashire, Skills Bootcamps funded by DfE : overseeing the coaching element of our programme
  • Business Start-Up Mentoring programme for Electech Innovation Cluster : Mentoring 3 members
  • Several private Business Mentoring clients
  • Innovation led Growth programme funded through Cumbria LEP : collaboration providing mentoring support to innovator businesses
  • Group Coaching and Peer learning groups for CODE programmes : design, development and delivery of programmes
