Running a business can be very lonely and at times isolating but you don’t have to do it alone – our mentoring programme is here to help!

We’re looking to recruit to our next cohort starting from 1^st April. We know times are tough with so much uncertainty and paying to work with a mentor may seem like an additional expense you can do without. But now is the time you should be working with a mentor! 

Some of the main concerns being reported by our mentors include:

• Cost reduction in all areas

• Employment freezes and impact following the Autumn budget on staffing costs

• Putting growth plans on hold

• Re-thinking business direction/strategy

• Breaking through the noise and navigating the current climate so you can emerge stronger

• Critical decision making

• Efficiency and productivity – doing less with more

Our qualified and highly experienced mentors are ready and waiting to help you and your business move to the next level. 

We’re currently supporting business leaders/owners in some of the following areas: business visibility and minimising losses; personal confidence/imposter syndrome; leadership mentoring; marketing growth; family business transition to next generation.

Our current cohort is just coming to an end, but again we’re seeing some really great results. Those on our pilot programme also still reap the benefits of working with a mentor, some have chosen to continue the relationships and continue to pay for support. 

The cost for six months of support is £895 +VAT with payment options available. It’s individual, flexible and tailored one to one support to get your business where you need to be and you can’t put a price on that!
