We’ve two great site tours coming up in September and October where we’ll be visiting two very different businesses.
Bowness Bay Brewing site tour
Date: Thursday 11th September
Time: 1pm to 3pm

Enjoy a guided tour of the brewery and premises by Rick Eastwood, Operations Director. You will taste beers direct from the brewing vessels and will also be treated to a tutored tasting in the Barrel House.
Please wear flat shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather, don’t worry if you don’t enjoy beer or even drink alcohol as the tour itself will be interesting and there are plenty of drink options available.
Forth Engineering site tour
Date: Wednesday 1st October

Join us ahead of National Manufacturing Day to hear from Forth Engineering who will have some amazing commercial developments to share.
You’ll also hear from Made Smarter who will share details of support and grant funding available covering the Digital Transformation workshop and roadmap, Leading Digital Transformation and Leading Change for Digital Champions fully funded workforce development programmes and their Digital Intern Programme.
We’ll tour the site and then enjoy a light lunch and networking.
