• International top-level coach Macarena Vergara who will host an interactive session on Coaching for Leaders: How to allow others to think, decide and act demonstrating how coaching techniques can create high-performing teams.
• Polar Explorer and Polar Academy Craig Mathieson. Craig’s session Leadership and Team Development on Ice will highlight how trust, responsibility, and high expectations can transform individuals into exceptional leaders.
