Cumbria Business Growth Hub is excited to announce that applications are now open for the next cohort of its Business Mentoring Programme, starting April 1, 2025. The programme provides a valuable opportunity for business owners to receive expert support and guidance to help their businesses grow and thrive.
Delegates will be paired with an experienced business mentor who will meet with them for 1 to 1.5 hours each month from April 2025 to the end of September 2025. The cost for the full programme is £895 + VAT per business, with flexible payment options available.
The programme is open to all businesses, regardless of sector, size, or stage, making it accessible for any business looking to refine its strategy, overcome challenges, and accelerate growth.
For the first time this year, the Growth Hub is extending the programme to include leadership mentoring, delivered by Alec Pearson Coaching. This new addition to the programme is designed to empower business leaders to step up, develop their full potential, and lead with confidence.

Through the 1-2-1 sessions, Alec will provide delegates with the tools and techniques to make informed decisions, build resilient teams, and drive sustainable growth.
