Inspired by the Zenforinbox approach, this focused workshop shows you how to streamline your inbox, manage messages with clarity, and take back control of your calendar so you stay responsive without burning out. We’ll focus on simple habits and smart systems that reduce noise and protect your time.
In this session with DigiEnable, you’ll learn how to set up a calmer inbox using clear folders, rules and routines, create boundaries around when and how you respond, and design a scheduling system that supports focus rather than constant interruption.
We’ll also explore how to handle communication across email, messaging apps and calendars in a way that feels intentional, not reactive.
