About

Around half of businesses in Cumbria that try to recruit staff struggle to do so.

In this podcast Shane Byrne, Partnership Manager at JobCentre Plus in Cumbria, explains how they can help employers to recruit staff, and how the new Universal Credit is making it easier for claimants to get back into work.
