Excel – Intermediate

This practical session shows you how to use ChatGPT to create consistent, on-brand content without staring at a blank screen. We’ll focus on clarity, tone and confidence, so your content actually sounds like you, and speaks to the right people.

In this session with DigiEnable, you’ll learn how to build a simple audience avatar, train ChatGPT to understand your brand voice, and use it to generate social posts, emails and ideas you can reuse again and again.

We’ll also briefly explore what’s possible with ChatGPT Pro, including how to build your own custom bot if you want to take things further.
