Wage Subsidy support for employers
If your organisation has a vacancy (part time or full time), you may be eligible for Wage Subsidy support.

Creating Careers in Cumbria Programme
Creating Careers in Cumbria is an employability programme delivered by Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, for anyone living in Cumbria who is aged 19+ and unemployed.

Visitor Economy Sector employability support programme
This programme is designed to help candidates develop knowledge, skills and awareness linked to entry level careers in the Visitor Economy Sector.
The programme is for unemployed residents. Customers must reside in the area formerly known as Copeland. All ages from 18 and upwards are included.
The programme is ideal for anyone looking to work in a role in the Visitor Economy Sector. The training provided is industry recognised and will give you a head start when applying for vacancies in this sector. The Programme includes a workplace visit with a recognised employer from the sector.
