Female Leaders programme coming this September

We’re pleased to be working again with Heather Crammond of the HR Dept Carlisle & North Lancashire to bring the female leaders programme back this September.

This empowering development experience is crafted for emerging and aspiring female leaders who want to elevate their confidence, capability, and leadership impact. Through a dynamic blend of guided learning, reflective practice, and practical tools, participants gain a deeper understanding of who they are as leaders—and how to lead others with clarity, authenticity, and influence.

The programme is intentionally interactive, offering a safe, energising space to explore your personal leadership style. Working alongside a supportive cohort, you’ll build meaningful connections and create a personalised development plan that continues to guide your growth long after the programme ends. Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or refining your existing approach, this experience provides the structure, challenge, and encouragement needed to thrive.

🎯 Programme Objectives

  • Identify development priorities and build a practical, actionable plan to strengthen your leadership throughout the programme.
  • Understand a range of leadership and management techniques and recognise when to apply each for maximum impact.

“I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and share my positive experience with the Female Leaders Program. The program was nothing short of transformative. The sessions were thoughtfully designed, offering valuable insights into leadership strategies, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. I particularly appreciated the focus on addressing challenges unique to women in leadership roles, as it created a relatable and empowering learning environment. Heather was outstanding—knowledgeable, approachable, and inspiring. The practical exercises and sharing of real-life stories within the group, provided tools I could immediately apply to my role, making the experience both meaningful and actionable. Moreover, the networking opportunities with like-minded women were invaluable. Building connections with other participants has helped me greatly. Thank you for creating such a dynamic and enriching space for growth. I feel more confident, equipped, and motivated to embrace leadership challenges and opportunities. Please continue this important work of empowering women leaders—it truly makes a difference!” Happy Mums
