Two interactive in-person workshops applying practical methodologies you can take away and use immediately to measure your position on the growth journey. These sessions are designed to help you identify opportunities and implement strategies for success. You must attend both workshops.

Businesses will also have the option to engage in a full in-house Watchtower programme, culminating in a 3–5-year growth plan tailored to your business.
