Tamar is a specialist bid writer with over 25 years’ experience of bid writing across the public, private and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sectors. She is passionate about supporting businesses and VCSE organisations to get more involved in delivering contracts for public and supply chain buyers by helping them to understand the bidding process and how to navigate it and how to write tenders.
