45 years within Hospitality & Tourism from opening the restaurant at Breadsall Priory, to managing various pub/restaurants for Country Style Inn & Chef & Brewer, implemented EPOS system for Laurel Pubs and finally 20 years as the Sales & Revenue Manager for Langdale Hotel & Brimstone.

Nick, my husband and I started our own consultancy company in 2020, Lancaster & Lancaster & have helped a variety of business via the Chamber of Commerce and Enterprising Cumbria to enhance their product or service. We listen & work with every client to discuss various opportunities.

I have an MA in Implementing Business Practices in Management from Lancaster University & a Revenue Management certificate from Cornell University plus over 45 years’ experience in the industry.

We produced a walking app for Norman Nicholson Society & an E-bike infrastructure report for Allerdale Council.

I am the main trustee in an environment charity Sustainable Duddon plus I volunteer at Broughton Tourist Information Centre, specifically promoting the Western Lakes and Coast.

My key skills are revenue management & implementing booking engines together with some sales and marketing support.
