An experienced business leader with extensive knowledge of operations and people management.  I enjoy working with businesses of all sizes, developing and implementing, growth plans, revenue diversification models, people strategies, operational efficiencies, and cost reductions.  I have been mentoring business owners for several years and thoroughly enjoy getting ‘stuck in’ and making change happen.

I am the Director of Journey Inspiration, founded in October 2021, offering business growth consultancy and mentoring.
Alongside this I am the Co-Founder of Rothwell Enterprises Limited which launched in August of 2023.  We offer white-label products to service providers looking to grow their business with additional revenue streams.  Rothwell Enterprises own and operate Scentric Fragrances which is our direct-to-consumer brand, launched in December 2024.
