As a people manager you know firsthand how challenging, frustrating and rewarding it can be. Sometimes all three at once!

You’re doing all the right things, but would you know the steps you should take when people problems arise in your business? Or know the best ways of minimising risk to your organisation?

In this online session we will look at:

  • A simple, easy to understand explanation of your responsibilities in important areas of people management, including: what to do when you have an underperforming employee; persistent or long term absence and employee complaints.
  • Practical guidance on what your legal responsibilities are.
  • How to avoid situations from getting worse and leading to complaints, absences and claims.
  • Plus give you the opportunity to ask questions about particular situations you are grappling with.

By the end of the session you’ll have a greater understanding of what you need to focus on and when, with practical insights on how you can navigate your responsibilities when managing people.
