Many businesses hit a plateau or face external pressures that threaten their survival. Reignite is a two-day workshop designed for leaders and teams ready to turn things around. This fast-paced, practical workshop is based on the Double Diamond design process, guiding businesses from problem to solution - fast. The process will help participants to rediscover customer needs, reimagine their offer, and reinvigorate their route to market.

Day 1: Rediscover and reimagine

Focus: Understanding the current reality and uncovering new opportunities.

We’ll open the challenge and explore where value is lost, untapped, or misaligned, focusing on current products, services, customers and market conditions.

Key Activities
• Challenge Framing: Clarify business survival challenges using the Double Diamond’s ‘Discover’ phase
• Market Dynamics & Customer Insight
Map out existing and potential customer groups
Use empathy tools to explore emotional and functional needs
• Ansoff Matrix: Identify and assess strategic options for growth (market penetration, product development, market development, diversification)

Day 2: Reposition and Relaunch

Focus: Designing solutions and creating a plan to go to market with renewed clarity and energy

We’ll zoom in on a chosen opportunity and develop it into a testable value proposition and actionable go-to-market strategy.
