Covering the key legal and practical issues arising, giving businesses a clear steer on how to handle the tricky issues that are currently arising within businesses;

The training is aimed at anyone who manages staff including business owners, managers, supervisors and HR teams and will give you the practical guidance and the confidence to manage staff returning to your business.

Session Schedule

  • Introductions –  5 minutes
  • Types of staff concerns – 20 minutes
  • Sickness and sick pay – 15 minutes
  • Holidays – 15 minutes
  • Written requirements  – 15 minutes,
  • Brief summary of varying contracts/redundancy – 20 minutes
  • Questions addressed – your opportunity to ask questions and obtain direct feedback and advice from Michael

Total 1.5 – 2 hours

Michael Bauer is a 20 year qualified employment solicitor who after working in London and Manchester has for the last 10 years run Cumbria Employment Solicitors – a specialist law firm dealing with all aspects of employment law.

In addition to his work as a solicitor, Michael was an Employment Judge for the last 5 years.

The delegate rate for this live online training session is  £85 + VAT members / £170 + VAT non-members.
