Andy Steele’s career began in The British Parachute Regiment, in the late 80’s early 90’s which gave the firm foundations he has since worked from. Later Andy joined the Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service, serving for 16 years as a Firefighter, and as a result of traumatic work-related incidents, developed PTSD. Andy’s recovery was greatly aided by EFT, Hypnotherapy and Kinetic Shift Technique. His first-hand experience of the power of these techniques led Andy to becoming a qualified practitioner so he could use these skills to enable others to find their own way out of Anxiety, Stress, Trauma.

Since then, he has run a full-time practice, supporting people through PTSD and trauma and now runs workshops and talks helping give others Hope. Helping, Other, People, Evolve
