Xocolate (pronounced zok-oh-latt) is an artisan chocolatier based in Carlisle, Cumbria. All of the chocolates we produce are handmade in small batches with fresh ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. We use the finest Belgian chocolate, with fresh dairy products. As a result the shelf life of our products are much shorter than those you can find in the confectionary aisles of your local supermarkets. We think this is a good thing; no preservatives or added chemicals, simply high quality, scrumptious chocolates!
